What is the postal credit card repayment date? This is what the bank said

Credit cards have billing dates and repayment dates. Among them, the bill date is the day when the account is issued, and the repayment date is the day when the cardholder repays the card. Under normal circumstances, the cardholder needs to pay off the bill before the repayment date to avoid overdue payment.

What is the postal credit card repayment date?

The postal credit card repayment date is pushed 20 days after the billing date. For example, the billing date for the cardholder is the 5th of each month. The repayment date is the 25th of each month. Cardholders can log in to mobile banking and select Credit Card - My Credit Card to check the repayment date.

Can the postal credit card repayment date be modified?

Yes. Cardholders can indirectly modify the repayment date by modifying the postal credit card statement date. Among them, the ways to modify the bill date are as follows:

1. You can modify the bill date independently through the "Modify Bill Date" function of the Postal Savings Credit Card APP, which is convenient and fast. Currently, the PSBC Credit Card APP only supports changing the billing date to the 8th, 11th, and 28th.

2. If you want to modify other billing dates or it is inconvenient to handle it through the credit card APP, you can also call the postal credit card customer service hotline and have it handled manually.

3. If your card is a set, you only need to modify one card, and the other card will be synchronized (for example: EMS co-branded card set, youth card set, etc.).

It should be noted that the credit card statement date can only be successfully modified once per calendar year.
