It is understood that if an individual user disagrees with his credit report, he can report the error information through three channels and ask for verification and handling.
There are three ways to deal with it:
1. I or someone entrusted to report it to the credit management department of the local branch of the People's Bank of China;
2. Report directly to the Credit Information Center of China People's Bank;
3. Entrust the agency of the commercial bank directly involved in the error information to report.
if there is still controversy over the final processing result, you can also apply to the Credit Information Center of the People's Bank of China for adding a personal statement to the credit report.
