ICBC Star-level is based on full-scale comprehensive business volume. Customers use ICBC to handle deposits, loans, investment and financial management (including funds, financial products, treasury bonds, insurance, foreign exchange, precious metals, etc.), and credit card consumption. Businesses such as remittances and long-distance deposits and withdrawals can receive star ratings based on business volume. The more business a customer handles, the higher the star rating will be, and the more rewards such as fee discounts and value-added services they will enjoy.
Customer star ratings are adjusted on a monthly basis. At the end of each month, the star rating is re-evaluated based on the customer's business dealings in the past six months (including the current month) in order to smooth the fluctuations in star rating adjustments for customers. , now adopts a "quick rise and slow down" mechanism. If the star rating increases, customers will automatically enjoy more discounts and services at the beginning of the next month. If the star rating drops, customers will also enjoy a minimum buffer period of six months.

5. Six-star rating
When the star point value reaches: 10,000 ≤ star point value < 80,000, or successfully applies for a platinum credit card, you can become a six-star customer.
Six-star customers can enjoy exclusive wealth management services and related business rate discounts provided by our bank’s wealth management center, VIP service line, mobile/online banking and other channels.
7. Seven-star rating
Seven-star rating is the highest rating in our bank. When your star point value reaches 80,000, or you successfully sign a private banking agreement, you can become a seven-star customer.
