Second, the job responsibilities
(1) Chief Risk Officer
1. directly participate in management decisions related to bank risk management.
2. Be responsible for the overall risk management of the bank, and ensure that the risk strategy and policies are in line with the overall business development strategy of the bank.
3. Be responsible for the construction of comprehensive risk standards, processes and institutional systems of the whole bank, organize the identification, evaluation, early warning and mitigation of various professional risks such as credit risk, market risk and operational risk, and establish risk monitoring methods and reporting procedures.
4. Organize the implementation of the New Basel Capital Accord.
5. Ensure the effectiveness of the Bank's comprehensive risk management, monitor, analyze and report the overall risk management status, inspect, analyze and evaluate the risk management status of relevant departments and branches of the Head Office, take the lead in handling and resolving major risk matters, and implement relevant management measures to relevant internal institutions and branches.
6. Organize professional training to improve the professional skills of the bank's talent team.
7. Perform other related work of risk management.
(ii) Chief Information Officer
1. directly participate in the information technology-related management decisions of the Bank.
2. Be responsible for the information technology management of the whole bank, and ensure that the information technology strategies and policies are in line with the overall development strategy of the whole bank.
3. Be responsible for the construction of IT standards, processes and institutional systems, IT budget and expenditure management, IT internal control, information security management and disaster recovery plan of the Bank to ensure the effectiveness of IT risk management.
4. Responsible for organizing special R&D, information technology project management, operation, maintenance and upgrade of information systems and information technology infrastructure, information technology outsourcing and information system exit management, and ensuring that the information system development and operation and maintenance strategy conforms to the overall business strategy and information technology risk management strategy of the bank.
5. Ensure the effectiveness of the Bank's information technology management, evaluate the status of the Bank's information technology management, and implement relevant management measures to each relevant internal institution and branch.
6. Organize professional training to improve the professional skills of the bank's talent team.
7. Perform other related work of information technology management.
(3) Director of Audit Bureau
1. Responsible for the internal audit management of the Bank, review and evaluate the business activities, risk management, internal control and compliance and corporate governance of the Bank, and urge improvement.
2. Be responsible for the construction of the internal audit system of the whole bank, organize the formulation and implementation of internal audit regulations, audit work flow, operational norms, professional ethics and other internal audit systems to ensure that the internal audit system is sound, reasonable and effective.
3. To be responsible for formulating and organizing the implementation of medium-and long-term audit plans and annual audit plans, regularly reporting the audit work to the board of directors, supervising the rectification of major problems and risks discovered and revealed by the audit, and being responsible for the overall quality of internal audit.
4. Review and evaluate the soundness, rationality and effectiveness of the Bank's internal control, compliance management, risk management and risk assessment, ensure the effectiveness of the Bank's internal audit, and ensure that relevant management measures are implemented in each relevant internal institution and branch.
5. Organize professional training to improve the professional skills of the audit talent team of the Bank.
6. Perform other related work of internal audit.
