There are two ways to apply for redemption of credit card points at Bank of Beijing. You can make an appointment by phone, call the Bank of Beijing credit card customer service hotline at 400-660- 1 169 to apply for redemption, or you can log on to the Bank of Beijing credit card website to apply for redemption.

Pay attention to the following six points in communication:

1. The corresponding gifts can be redeemed according to the points redemption standard, and the supplementary cardholders cannot directly participate in the points redemption.

2. After successful redemption, the corresponding points in the account will be deducted immediately, and the confirmed redemption behavior cannot be cancelled or changed.

3. Credit card points can only be exchanged for gifts designated by Bank of Beijing Credit Card Center, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other non-designated items.

4. The exchange standards and rules of each file shall be subject to the latest announcement or catalogue of exchange activities at that time.

5. If the number of some bonus gifts is limited, the exchange principle will be adopted. If the cardholder fails to apply for redemption within the validity period of the activity, the gift cannot be redeemed after the deadline.

6. If different points activities overlap and take effect at the same time, the highest activity points that can be obtained from different points activities will be included in the account points as valid transaction points, but they cannot be accumulated at the same time.
