Electronic card account cancellation requires the cardholder (non-agent) to provide the number and valid account opening certificate to cancel the account at any branch of the bank (no charge).

Tip: The electronic card only has a current account, and has no other functions. You can try to cancel your account through the professional version.

Please log in to the Professional Edition and click "One Card-Account Management-Card Management-One Card Account Cancellation" to try to cancel the account (you need to cancel the account at the counter if you don't meet the requirements).

Cancellation of electronic credit card (e-card) of China Merchants Bank: You don't need to go to the counter. Please call the credit card customer service hotline at 4008205555 and transfer to manual registration.
