The money is returned to your mobile banking balance. You can click on the income and expenditure details to view the details. Refunds for rights protection will be refunded to Alipay balance.
First, enter the backstage of Mogu Street.
Find the refund record on the homepage of the backend.
You can click Advanced Filter to custom filter the refund records you want to find.
Select any refund item here to view.
You can check where the refund will be sent.
The refund is in progress. It is recommended that you pay attention to the time it takes for the funds to be returned to the bank card, which is usually 2-7 days.
The specific arrival time is subject to the bank. If the status of your bank card is abnormal, such as being cancelled, and the refund of the bank card is unsuccessful, it will be refunded to the balance of your Mogujie account. Please also pay attention to your mobile phone account balance and bank card fund deposits.
It shows that the refund has been successful. It is recommended that you check the payment details of your bank card in the next working day. (There will be no text message notification after the funds are credited to the bank card, so do not judge whether the funds have been received based on whether you receive a text message.); The credit card needs to include bills issued and bills not issued; if you are using ICBC and have opened ICBC E Card, you can click here first to check whether the ICBC virtual card has corresponding refund funds.
