Yes. All CCB credit cards (except commercial cards) can apply for cash installment. You can pre-borrow a credit limit of up to RMB 50,000. The application will be approved on the same day. Once successful, it will be transferred directly to the CCB savings card (you must open the account yourself). You can then pay it back to the credit card in installments. A certain monthly handling fee will be charged and no interest will be charged. See the picture for the handling method:
