I. Service contents:
ICBC Platinum Credit Card customers (limited to themselves) can enjoy the VIP treatment of ICBC Platinum Credit Card Airport in Terminal T/KLOC-0, Terminal T2 and Terminal T3 of Capital Airport.
1.
Lounge service (free refreshments, books and periodicals, audio and video), except for flight delays, use the lounge for no more than three hours.
2.
Special person shall assist in check-in procedures (including assistance in handling checked baggage and boarding pass).
3. The guests will be guided through the security channel and the terminal building.
Second, the service process:
1. The customer arrives at the terminal of Capital Airport (T 1 or T2 or T3).
2.
Customers go to the guest rest service desk in the terminal building (see annex for the locations of guest rest service desks in T 1, T2 and T3) and show ICBC Peony Platinum Card (for me only).
3.
After authentication and registration, the concierge will assist in the check-in and check-in procedures and guide the guests through the security check.
4.
After the security check, the customer enters the VIP lounge in the isolation area (see the attachment for details) to wait for the plane, and the concierge informs the customer to board the plane (if the customer does not need to assist in the check-in and consignment procedures, the customer can directly enter the VIP lounge with a platinum card to rest).
Third, other precautions:
1.
Platinum card holders need to show peony platinum card to the staff at the airport transfer service desk or VIP lounge service desk in order to enjoy the waiting service.
2.
Platinum cardholders can bring two children under the age of 2 (inclusive) free of charge (subject to the relevant information of identity documents).
3.
If other customers travel with platinum cards, they need to pay the relevant fees according to the airport charges before they can enjoy the service.
