Credit cards can only be transferred in, not out. Both pos machines and online payment are credit cards. Withdrawing money from an ATM is cash withdrawal.

If you ask the issuing bank how to make sure that it is normal to swipe your card or cash out.

First, often in the same merchant, or often brush large transactions, the issuing bank will determine that the cardholder cashes out.

Second, some merchants who support cashing will be credited to the cashing warehouse by the issuing bank. If the cardholder makes a large sum of money in this place, the issuing bank will recognize the cashing.
