When handling a credit card, you can't use the labor contract as proof of work. Work permit and labor contract are two different documents, which can be issued by workers in their work units.

Work certificate refers to an economic income certificate that China citizens need in their daily production, life and business activities. In the daily production, life and business activities such as bank loans or credit card applications, the work certificate is also called the employment certificate, and the format is issued by the required certification unit. The individual who issues the certificate only needs to fill in the personal information in the certificate and affix the official seal of the unit.

A labor contract is a written agreement between a worker and an employer to establish a labor relationship within one month from the date of employment. The conclusion of a labor contract shall follow the principles of legality, fairness, equality, voluntariness, consensus, honesty and credibility. The labor contract concluded according to law is binding, and the employer and the employee shall perform the obligations stipulated in the labor contract.
