1. Call the customer service hotline of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank to cancel. When the cardholder returns the card, there must be no debt in the card, and in order to ensure the security of the account, the credit card should be with the cardholder. If the card is lost, it is not allowed to return the card by phone;

2. Bring your personal ID card and card to the counter of the offline branch of Shanghai Pudong Development Bank for card refund. If the card is lost, the cardholder will still bear the new accounts payable within 45 days (inclusive) after the card is cancelled. After returning the card for 45 days, if the account has no arrears or overflow, the system will automatically close the account without going through any formalities.
