If it is a credit card of China Merchants Bank, you can call the customer service of the credit card to apply for getting back the overpaid money.

At present, our bank offers preferential treatment, with the maximum amount of 50 yuan RMB or 10 USD per transaction. 2. If the overpaid part is withdrawn through the cash advance channel, the cash advance fee will be charged. 3. Corporate cardholders get back their one-card cards for free.

When there is overpayment in your credit card account (overpayment or refund after offsetting consumption), if you want to get back the overpayment, you can apply to remit the overpayment to the designated bank account in your name (USD can only be taken back to my China Merchants Bank account). You need to pay a certain handling fee to get back the overpaid part (the business card can get back its own card for free). You may not get back the overpaid card money, and the card money will be used to deduct the amount of your card in the future. We won't pay deposit interest for the overpaid amount in your credit card account.
