The user applies for a credit card (debit card) for the first time and receives the address of the card. As long as the billing address has not been modified during this period, the credit card (credit card) center will still issue cards according to this address when handling or changing cards. When the user changes the billing address, the card will be sent to the new address.

If the user does not receive the card, please contact the customer service hotline of the issuing bank in time so that the credit card (debit card) center can resend the new card.
