Modification method:

1 Telephone modification: Use the mobile phone number reserved when applying for the card to directly call the official number of Guilin Bank Center, access the manual customer service and apply to the customer service to modify the credit card reservation Address;

2 Online banking modification: Log in to the Bank of Guilin Credit Card Center, find "Manage Credit Card Bill - Modify Address" on the credit card bill page, then enter the new delivery address and confirm the modification;

3. Modification at a business outlet: Bring your ID card and credit card to a Guilin Bank business outlet for modification.

If the product redeemed using points has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified. After receiving the courier contact number, the user can return the package for processing and have the bank credit card center resend it. The cardholder needs to pay the postage for the second shipment.
