The main card applicants are basically China citizens (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) and foreign citizens aged between 18-70 with full civil capacity.

Supplementary card applicants must be at least 13 years old.

When filling in the application form, please provide copies of the identity documents of the applicants of the main card and the sub-card (domestic personnel provide resident identity cards, overseas personnel provide passports, Hong Kong and Macao residents' passes to and from the mainland, and visit relatives or mainland travel permit for taiwan residents).

Providing your own work certificate, income certificate, real estate certificate, automobile production certificate, financial assets certificate and other supporting materials will help your application to be processed as soon as possible.
