According to the "Proposal on Reducing Inter-bank Cash Withdrawal Fees from Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)" jointly issued by the China Banking Association and the China Payment and Clearing Association, the inter-bank cash withdrawal fees for ATMs in the same city will be reduced, and the charging standard will not exceed 3.5 yuan/pen. Reduce the handling fees for cross-bank cash withdrawals in different places. Encourage card issuing banks to no longer charge variation fees based on a certain percentage of the withdrawal amount. The fixed fee standard for cross-bank cash withdrawals from ATMs in different places is consistent with that for intra-city business, and shall not exceed RMB 3.5 per transaction.
