The customer shall provide true, complete, accurate and effective data and information as required by the bank, including but not limited to personal identity information, personal property information and account information (collection account and repayment account). 4. If the above information provided by the customer and the contents filled by the customer in the application form (including but not limited to mailing address, mobile phone number, telephone number, ID card number, expiration date and other documents, e-mail, etc.) change or become invalid, you should immediately contact the bank to handle the change procedures. Documents sent by the bank or the court of litigation jurisdiction to any mailing address provided by the cardholder shall be deemed as delivered, and the consequences and losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer or untimely information update shall be borne by the customer.

The customer agrees and authorizes the bank to inquire, process, save and use the information related to its property, personal information and credit status from the basic database of financial credit information of China People's Bank, the credit information database approved by the supervision and management department of credit reporting industry and other channels to confirm the credit status of the customer. The customer agrees and authorizes the bank to inquire, process, retain and use information related to its property, personal information and credit status under the conditions permitted by laws and regulations such as credit approval, guarantee qualification examination, post-loan management and objection verification after applying for a credit card. The credit report obtained by bank inquiry can be used for legal purposes such as credit approval, guarantee qualification examination, post-loan management and objection verification. All the consequences and legal responsibilities of the inquiry beyond the authorized scope shall be borne by the bank. The customer knows and understands the statement of this license. The customer agrees and authorizes the bank to submit the above information to the basic database of financial credit information of the People's Bank of China and the credit information database approved by the supervision and management department of the credit information industry; The customer agrees and authorizes the bank to process the above information according to the requirements of judicial organs, financial supervision organs or other administrative organs, or provide the above information to bank card organizations, financial industry associations, social credit reporting institutions or other financial institutions according to legal procedures; Within the scope prescribed by law, the customer agrees and authorizes the bank to use the above information for case investigation and debt collection by itself or by entrusting a third party. If it is necessary to notify the customer according to law to submit the above-mentioned bad information, the bank can notify the customer by telephone, SMS, e-mail, statement, dunning, etc. The customer's contact information shall be subject to the contact information submitted and kept in the bank.
7. The above authorization of the customer will be deemed that the bank agrees to obtain and submit the customer's personal financial information through legal channels. Banks will use it carefully and legally and keep it confidential. The information obtained involves the privacy of customers, and customers may bear the adverse effects caused by bad credit records for their own reasons or other reasons. The customer recognizes the authorization behavior and knows the possible consequences of the authorization behavior.
8. In order to provide better products and services, the customer agrees that the bank will use its personal financial information to provide other products and services of the bank, its branches and subsidiaries. It is agreed to provide customers' personal financial information to our business partners and entrusted third parties (including but not limited to China UnionPay Bank Card Risk Information Sharing System, China UnionPay and other international bank card organizations, non-financial payment service payment institutions of Party A, joint card partners of Party A, service organizations, agents, outsourcing operators and relevant credit institutions of Party A) for purposes including but not limited to payment and settlement, joint card services, value-added services, financial services and repayment. Banks are obliged to require business partners and third parties entrusted with handling affairs to keep the relevant information of customers confidential in order to prevent the information from being illegally used.
If the customer does not intend to provide personal financial information to the bank and its branches, business partners who have signed contracts with the bank and third parties entrusted to handle affairs, he can notify the bank in writing at any time. After receiving the notice, the bank will stop providing corresponding products and services to customers within the time limit stipulated by the bank, so customers will not be able to enjoy the corresponding preferential and value-added services provided by the bank.
