If you apply for a China Merchants Bank credit card, the application will be delayed during holidays.

If you apply through the counter, it usually takes 10 working days from the time the review department receives your application information to the time the credit card review is completed. After passing the review, we will make a card for you within 2 working days, and then send it to you by registered mail according to the billing address. Generally, the sending time of registered mail is within 15 days.

If you register via online/mobile appointment, our bank requires 7 working days for the preliminary review. If you pass the preliminary review, a staff member will contact you to collect written information or directly notify you to fill in the form and apply for acceptance. Bring your resident ID card to the counter to apply for a card within 3 days. We will directly arrange the card printing for you and mail it to you after printing. If it fails, you will be notified by email. If you are applying for a second card, after submitting the application directly online, you can usually check the application progress within 5 working days. We recommend that you pay attention to the follow-up inquiry.
