Puka and Gold Card are mailed by registered mail (please call 1 1 185 if you have a registered mail number), and the mailing time is about 7- 15 working days.

Both the platinum card and the set of cards are sent by EMS (you can call 1 1 183 if you have the express number), and the mailing time is about 3-5 working days.

If you check the outlets on the application form, the card will be issued by the branch. If you haven't received the card after the above time limit, you can call the credit card customer service hotline to check the mailing situation.
