The main points are as follows:
1. Article 12 After receiving the credit card, the cardholder shall immediately sign the same signature as the application form in the signature column on the back of the credit card, and use the same signature when using the credit card for transactions, otherwise the cardholder shall be responsible for the losses caused thereby.
2. Article 15 The card issuer shall regard all transactions conducted by password as the transactions of the cardholder himself, and the electronic information records generated by the transactions shall be used as valid vouchers for various transactions such as credit card consumption, deposit and withdrawal, transfer settlement, online payment, mobile phone payment and telephone payment. If a transaction is conducted without a password, the transaction voucher signed by the cardholder, other supporting documents agreed between the card issuer and the cardholder, or other evidence confirming the cardholder's own consumption are valid vouchers for the completion of the transaction, unless otherwise agreed between the cardholder and the card issuer.
Cardholders should use credit cards online in a safe technology and merchant environment, otherwise, cardholders should bear the risks and losses brought by using cards online.
3. Article 17 A credit card shall be valid for no more than 5 years, and will automatically become invalid when it expires. However, the outstanding creditor-debtor relationship arising from the cardholder's use of the credit card shall not be terminated due to the invalidation of the card. The card issuer will have the right to decide whether to replace the cardholder with a new card or a standard card and charge an annual fee according to the relevant national regulations and the cardholder's historical card use records, except that the cardholder proposes not to renew the card, change the card or cancel the account when it expires.
4. Article 19 When a credit card is lost, stolen or occupied by others, the cardholder shall promptly report the loss through the customer service hotline of the issuing bank. The card issuer shall report the loss after checking the relevant information. The report of telephone loss will take effect after it is confirmed by the card issuer, and all economic losses incurred before the report of loss takes effect shall be borne by the cardholder (the applicant of the company card), unless otherwise agreed between the cardholder and the card issuer. If the credit card is lost, stolen or occupied by others, the cardholder shall cooperate with the card issuer to investigate the situation.
If the cardholder colludes with others, maliciously colludes, cashes out, launders money or commits other illegal and dishonest acts, the cardholder shall bear all legal consequences and responsibilities.
5. Article 22 Once the cash advance function of credit card is opened, the cardholder can withdraw cash or transfer money through institutions or channels that can provide cash services, such as ATM, outlet counters, customer service hotline voice system, online banking (limited to main cardholders). Credit card advance cash transactions do not enjoy interest-free repayment period. From the trading day of cash advance to the settlement date, the card issuer will charge interest at the daily interest rate of 0.5 ‰, compound interest on a monthly basis, and charge a certain amount of cash advance fee according to the credit card charging standard of China Merchants Bank. When customers withdraw deposits from credit card accounts through the above channels, they will be charged according to the business standard of cash advance.
6. Article 23 The cardholder can repay the loan according to the minimum repayment amount stipulated by the card issuer. If the cardholder fails to repay in full before the due repayment date (inclusive), he will not enjoy the interest-free repayment period. The card issuer shall calculate the interest on the transaction funds (except cash advance) that the cardholder does not meet the interest-free conditions from the bank bookkeeping date, and the daily interest rate shall be 0.5 ‰, with compound interest on a monthly basis. If there is any change in the relevant provisions of the People's Bank of China, such provisions shall prevail.
7. Article 26 The card issuer does not pay interest on the deposits in the cardholder's credit card account.
8. Article 36 Obligations of the applicant and cardholder
(3) The cardholder shall properly keep his credit card, inquiry password and transaction password (i.e. cash advance password and credit card consumption password). If the card or password is not kept properly, the losses will be borne by the cardholder.
These are important concerns, and other information is also important. I suggest you read it carefully.
