2. Download the credit card application form and fill it out accurately.

The applicant’s ID must be an ID card only; the applicant’s and contact person’s work and residential addresses must be accurate to the house number; the contact number must be true and valid. Example of filling out the application form

3. Submit application information You can send the completed application form to the email address of the local card-issuing bank via E-MAIL.

You can also choose the mailing method. Please print the completed application form on A4 paper. The main card applicant will sign the form manually and mail it together with the application materials to the local card-issuing bank. Please put in the envelope Mark "Apply Card" on it.

4. 15 working days after you submit the application materials for card collection, you will receive a card issuance notice from our bank. Please bring the original ID cards of the primary card applicant and the secondary card applicant to the local card-issuing bank to collect the card. And go through the relevant procedures, and you cannot entrust others to do it for you.

If the bank does not receive a card issuance notice after 20 working days (inclusive), or the applicant does not respond to or refuses the bank’s notice to receive the card, the application will be deemed invalid and the submitted information will be deemed invalid. No refunds will be made.
