How to handle the national ETC card?

1. Alipay processing

Open Alipay APP, click "ETC card", and you can choose to apply for prepaid card or stored value card. You also need to submit the receiving materials, photos of the front and back of your ID card, photos of your driver's license and clear photos in front of your car. After the authentication information is passed, the Bluetooth OBU fee will be paid.

2. Go to the bank.

At present, China Bank, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, China Construction Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Huaxia and Ping An all have the service of handling high-speed ETC cards, which can be handled through bank consultation. Generally, it is free, but many of them require you to bind a credit card or a savings card.
