The old Shenzhen Tong co-branded electronic debit card can be replaced with a magnetic stripe card. This card does not have magnetic core replacement enabled. If you want to retain the Shenzhen Tong function, you can exchange the magnetic stripe card with a magnetic stripe card at the counter. This card will still have the Shenzhen Pass function after replacement. Before changing the card, you must withdraw the balance from the Shenzhen Tong Card. Since the off-campus Shenzhen Tong does not have a loss report function, the balance cannot be extended. When changing the card, you must first go to the Shenzhen Tong company's card refund outlet to refund the balance in the Shenzhen Tong Card or finish all consumption, and then Go to a Bank of China branch to apply for card replacement.
