2. If it is sent by express delivery, it can be received within 3-5 days in the same city and 7- 10 days in different places. The applicant can log on to the website of the courier company for inquiry according to the courier number on the SMS.

Please note when calculating the mailing time:

1. The 15 days for mailing a card letter does not refer to working days, but natural days 15 days.

2. If you don't receive the card letter within 20 days after issuing the card, please call customer service as soon as possible to check the mailing address, and you can ask for a reissue, free of charge.

I didn't sign for the registered letter of the credit card, but the system showed sign for it. There are several ways to deal with it:

Call the customer service of the courier company: ask what's going on; Ask who signed for it;

Call the customer service phone of the bank credit card center, tell the other party about yourself, and ask the other party to eliminate the authority that has issued the card, so that it can't be consumed, so as to ensure the safety of your funds;
