The CCB e-payment card is a virtual card and cannot be withdrawn directly from ATM machines. You need to use Internet mobile payment tools. The cash withdrawal process is as follows:

1. Find one at a CCB branch ATM machine with cardless cash withdrawal function;

2. Click on the cardless cash withdrawal logo on the ATM machine, and a QR code will appear on the page;

3. Use the CCB e-commerce platform bound to Scan the QR code with the mobile phone used to pay the card to enter the credit card account;

4. Click to withdraw cash on the mobile phone to complete the cash withdrawal.
