★ After the immigration officer asks the questions, he will stamp the I-20 or IAP-66 and I-94 to indicate the date of entry, visa status and legal re-entry period

Note that a visa is only your key to entering the United States, and a small I-94 is the only document proving your legal residence in the United States. It must be kept properly together with your passport.

Collect baggage, submit customs declaration form and go through customs inspection
