At present, our bank provides five self-service ways to check your points:
1. Online inquiry: Please log in to the credit card website/,click "Online Banking Login" on the right, enter your ID number, inquiry password and additional code, then log in to online banking and inquire in "Points Management";
2. Telephone inquiry: Please call the customer service hotline 4008205555, enter your ID number or card number and inquiry password according to the voice prompt, select "4" integral, and then select "1" integral for inquiry and redemption;
3. SMS inquiry: edit the message "JF" to 1065795555 (China Mobile) or 10655020 1009555 (Unicom users) for inquiry; 4. Bill inquiry: on each credit card statement, inquire about the accumulated points of consumer transactions that have been settled by the end of last natural month;
5.POS inquiry: Inquire about the accumulated points on the POS of the designated merchants, and the merchants who redeem points in the store can inquire on the credit card website.
Among the above query methods, only the bill query method is used to query the accumulated points of consumer transactions that have been cleared up to the end of the previous natural month, and the other four query methods are used to query the accumulated points of consumer transactions that have been cleared up to that day.
For example, if you are inquiring about the bill in March now, you will see the points increased at the end of February.

Method 1: Search for "4008205555" among QQ corporate friends and add "China Merchants Bank Credit Card Center" as a friend; Or WeChat search for "cmb4008205555" and pay attention to China Merchants Bank Credit Card Center.
Method 2: Please call the credit card customer service hotline 8008205555 (fixed telephone only) or 4008205555. The cardholder should directly enter the ID number and inquiry password, and then select "9" to enter the manual service. Customers without cards should choose # 3 to enter the manual service.
