How much are the handling fees for withdrawing cash through credit cards and gold cards in the United States?

Hello, the All-in-one Gold Card is divided into UnionPay Gold Card and International Debit Gold Card. When UnionPay Gold Card handles UnionPay ATM cash withdrawal business overseas, our bank will charge customers the normal overseas cash withdrawal fee (according to 0.5% of the transaction amount, charged in RMB, with a minimum of RMB 10 per transaction, no discount), when withdrawing money from some ATM institutions in some countries (such as Japan, the United States, etc.), in addition to the normal overseas cash withdrawal fees charged by our bank to customers , the local acceptance agency may charge additional processing fees to the cardholder. POS card consumption is free. UnionPay cards can be used to withdraw local cash equivalent to RMB 10,000 per day at overseas UnionPay ATMs (note: this limit is the cumulative limit for a single card for the day).

When using an international debit card overseas, there are two situations:

1. Taking the international organization route, the transaction currency is the local currency of the place where the transaction occurs, and the settlement currency is US dollars.

2. Using the UnionPay system, the transaction currency is also the local currency of the place where the transaction occurs, and the settlement currency is RMB.

When swiping the card, only the exchange rate of the currency is exchanged, and there is no handling fee. When withdrawing money from UnionPay system ATMs overseas, a handling fee of 5‰ will be charged based on the amount of each transaction, with a minimum handling fee of RMB 10 (in some countries (such as Japan and the United States), local acceptance institutions may charge additional handling fees to cardholders).

If it is through an international organization, it is 1% of the transaction amount, with a minimum of 2 US dollars and a maximum of 100 US dollars. If you use an international debit card for POS card swiping or ATM cash withdrawal in a non-US dollar area, a foreign currency exchange fee will be charged when taking the international organization route (charged in accordance with the relevant regulations of international organizations, approximately 1.5 of the transaction amount).

The credit card overseas cash advance fee is 3% of the amount of each cash withdrawal, and the minimum fee is 3 US dollars or 30 yuan per transaction (American Express Card-Centurion Black Gold Card, American Express Card-Centurion Card Chang Platinum Card charges a minimum of USD 5 or RMB 30 per transaction). There is no inter-bank handling fee for cash advance.

Interest: Cash advances do not enjoy interest-free repayment. From the day of cash withdrawal to the date of settlement, interest will be charged at a daily interest rate of 5/10,000, and compound interest will be charged on a monthly basis.

Limit limit: The cash advance limit is generally 50 of the credit limit (except for cards with special regulations). At the same time, the daily cumulative cash advance amount of each domestic card is capped at RMB 2,000; the daily cumulative cash advance amount of each household for overseas non-UnionPay lines shall not exceed the equivalent of US$1,000, and the cumulative amount within one month shall not exceed the equivalent of US$5,000. , the cumulative amount within 6 months does not exceed the equivalent of US$10,000.
