The installment amount is the amount that your credit card can apply for installment payment. The installment quota of CCB is 100% of your credit card's permanent quota.

Let me give you an example. Suppose your permanent quota is 10000, and now you have applied for a temporary quota of 30000, and actually spent 22000, then the maximum installment amount you can apply for is 10000 instead of 22000. Temporary quota cannot be applied for installment.
