There are two ways to make overseas payments through paypal:

1.Paypal balance payment

2. Bind a UnionPay card starting with 62 or an international dual-currency credit card Payment (with visa or master card logo)

Ordinary UnionPay cards are used for overseas payments. It depends on the payment settings of the other party's website. Merchants can choose to set up the card types they accept and do not accept. Currently, Many foreign merchants will choose not to accept it. A small number are received.
