If you hold a BOC series credit card (or Great Wall credit card) supplementary card in your name, and you also hold our bank’s debit card/debit card or other BOC series credit card (or Great Wall credit card) principal card, You can apply to open online banking/mobile banking. If you only hold one BOC series credit card (or Great Wall credit card) supplementary card in your name and no BOC debit card/discount or other BOC credit card (or Great Wall credit card) principal card, you are currently not supported to apply for online banking/mobile phone banking bank.
