Quick activation of Alipay BOC Taobao Card can be divided into the following two situations:

1. Already have an Alipay account:

1) Please confirm that the Alipay account has been bound If the mobile phone is not bound, enter binding.

2) The binding is successful. Bring your ID card and bank card (or apply for a new card) to the Bank of China counter to sign up for the quick payment (cartoon) function, and correctly fill in the Alipay account name (mobile phone or email).

2. If you have not registered an Alipay account:

Please register an Alipay account first. If the registration is successful, follow the above steps.

After successfully signing the contract, activate the Bank of China quick payment (cartoon) method.
