3. People’s courts at all levels shall set up links to the China Judgment Documents Network on their government affairs websites and judicial disclosure platforms. The Supreme People's Court's regulations on the publication of judgment documents by people's courts on the Internet, Article 7: A legally effective judgment document shall be published on the Internet within seven working days from the date of the judgment document becoming effective. The first-instance judgment or ruling for a protest or appeal filed in accordance with the law shall be published on the Internet within seven working days after the second-instance judgment takes effect.
