The bank considers the nature of the applicant's work and repayment ability.

1. The applicant should be 18-60 years old;

2. Have certain economic ability and good credit record;

3. Original and photocopy of ID card;

4. Work certificate and income certificate (required to be stamped by the unit);

5. Non-local household registration also requires proof of residence.

6. Individuals should also provide the following materials: a verified business license or tax registration certificate, which proves that they have been operating for more than two years;

7. Business premises contract or ownership certificate (i.e. real estate license).
