CMB credit card monthly statements can be queried/downloaded/printed through the public version and professional version. Mobile banking and mobile life only support querying for the time being. The bill does not show the name of the counterparty.

Warm reminder: ① Credit card statements cannot be printed at the counter and VTM.

②You can also call the credit card customer service hotline and enter the manual service to inquire about the credit card bill.

The specific query method is as follows:

?1. Palm Life: After you log in to Palm Life, click "My → Check and Repay" in the lower right corner, and in the personal consumption card account column, After clicking "Check Bill" to enter, you can choose to view: current bills, unissued bills and historical bills.

If you have any questions about the transaction, you can contact the customer service number on the back of your credit card to manually verify it for you.

2. Mobile Banking: You can log in to Mobile Banking and click this page to check the credit card's outstanding and issued bill information.

?You can also click "My → All → Credit Cards → Bills" to query.

?Warm reminder: ①Click on the corresponding month or "Unissued Bill" to view specific detailed records.

?②If "0" is displayed in the corresponding month, it means that there is no bill amount in the corresponding month.

?3. Online Banking (Public Edition or Professional Edition): After logging in to Online Banking (Public Edition or Professional Edition), click "Credit Card → Account Management → Unissued Bill Inquiry/Issued Bill Inquiry" to query , download and print your bill.

? Bills have been issued: Click on the "Bill Details → Click to Download Financial Details" of each issue. The printing format is "PDF" with a special seal for business acceptance.

?Unissued bills: Click on the unissued bills to download or print them directly. The printing format is "excel" and has a special stamp for electronic receipts. ?

?Warm reminder: Credit cards do not have a receipt printing function, and English bills are not provided. The printing format cannot be changed at the moment.
