Potential customers: low-contribution and low-risk customers, customers whose monthly credit limit is less than 40%, and who never make installments. 3. Mid-range customers: high-contribution and high-risk customers who spend more than 60% of their point consumption every month, but occasionally make minimum repayments, or frequently make installments, and the installment amount exceeds more than 40%. 4. Low-end customers: low-contribution and high-risk customers, customers who max out their credit card every month or who always make a single credit card payment and make more than 60% of their monthly credit limit, or who often make the minimum repayment.
