The loss report business can be handled through the following channels:
1. Call the Agricultural Bank of China’s 24-hour service hotline 4006695599 (for areas where 400 is not available, please dial 021-61195599, and outside the country, please dial +86-21- 61195599) handle loss reporting.
2. Registered customers of mobile banking can log in to the mobile banking client and report the loss through the "Credit Card - Settings - Report Loss and Replace Card" menu.
3. Online banking registered customers report loss through "Personal Online Banking Login" and operate in the "Credit Card - Settings - Report Loss" menu.
4. Bring your identity document to an Agricultural Bank of China branch to handle card loss reporting and replacement.
Note:
Once the loss report is processed, it will take effect immediately and cannot be revoked.
To report a loss, you need to pay a loss reporting fee of 50 yuan from the customer's account (free for platinum cards and other special cards). Agricultural Bank of China will bear the economic losses caused by the card being used fraudulently after the customer's loss report takes effect, and will promptly report the loss. The replacement card will be mailed to the customer.
After reporting the loss, Agricultural Bank of China will replace the customer's card free of charge. The new card will be sent to the customer by registered mail. If the customer wants to receive the new card as quickly as possible, he or she can apply for EMS express delivery. Express delivery services require an emergency handling fee of 20 yuan each time paid from the customer's account (free for special cards such as platinum cards).
