Credit card delivery: it usually takes 2 working days to print the business card, which will be sent to the billing address after printing. Generally, it will be received by registered mail /EMS in about a week.

Credit card processing progress can be viewed through the following channels:

Mobile banking: when logging in to mobile banking, you can query the card processing progress and mailing list number of credit cards.

Online Banking: After logging in to the popular or professional edition, select "Credit Card → Customer Management → Online Application → Application Progress Query" to check the card handling, mailing progress and mailing number of the credit card.

Pocket Life: After logging in to the Pocket Life APP, select Finance → Progress Query to check the card processing progress.
