5. Any goods and/or services sold or provided in e-commerce transactions violate laws or regulations of any government department or other authoritative organization;

6. Party B fails to provide goods and/or services at all, or the goods and/or services provided fail to satisfy the cardholder;

7. Party B fails to provide evidence of e-commerce transaction as required by the bank;

8. With normal and reasonable vigilance, Party B should realize that the card being used by the cardholder is forged or stolen, and should refuse the e-commerce transaction; The issuing bank has the right to refuse to handle the e-commerce transaction submitted by Party B when it finds the above or other suspicious circumstances in the e-commerce transaction.

9. The price charged by Party B to the cardholder exceeds the price charged by Party B for the goods and/or services provided in cash;
