Foreigners: (1) Valid passport (2) A copy of the foreigner's residence permit or a copy of the foreigner's permanent residence permit attached to the valid passport visa page is required.

2. Proof of permanent residence address (you can choose any of the following)

* copy of household registration book

* Water, electricity and gas bills for the last three issues.

* the last three fixed telephone bills.

* Certificate of collective dormitory issued by the unit.

* Housing lease contract (agreement)

* Proof of own property

* residential property management fee payment documents

* Address certificate issued by the street.

* Credit card monthly statement in the last two issues or personal income tax payment certificate in the last three months.

* Other supporting materials that can prove that he has a fixed residence address.

3 financial documents (you can choose any of the following)

* Official payroll or income certificate issued by government agencies and enterprises in the last three months (company seal or department seal is required)

* Copy of bank payroll passbook/bill (salary payment information in the last three months should be displayed)

* Copy of social insurance withholding certificate
