1. 0:00-7:00 is the night service time. Only loss reporting, risky transactions and other businesses can be handled. Select "4" to enter emergency loss reporting.

①Customers who do not hold a card, please press 3# Credit Card Application Consultation - 1 Credit Card Application and Progress Inquiry - 3 Credit Card Application Consultation to enter the manual service;
②Customers who hold a card, please enter the ID number Or #, enter the query password # and select "9", then select the relevant menu to enter manual;
③ Please press 2# to enter the emergency report of credit card loss.
