ICBC credit card users' points rules:

Every time you spend 1 yuan RMB, you will get 1 point, every time you spend HK$ 1, you will get 8 points, and if you spend US$ 1, you will not get points. Points will not be accumulated for the following transactions:

1. Wholesale transactions: such as tobacco, beer, building materials wholesale, computer mall, etc.;

2. Transfer transactions: such as loan deduction, automatic transfer of utility fees, transfer transactions for purchasing securities or funds, insurance withholding, etc.

3. Professional transactions: such as hospital payment, provident fund payment, tax payment, school payment, insurance payment, real estate sales, automobile sales, online transactions, auction pawn, etc.

4. Stored value transactions: such as fuel card recharge, telephone charge recharge, prepaid recharge, etc.

5. other transactions that should not accumulate points will not accumulate points.

ICBC credit card points accumulation rules

1. Accumulation rules: Use our debit card and credit card for consumption, including domestic and foreign currency consumption, and calculate the points after the foreign currency consumption is converted into RMB according to the system foreign currency conversion table. The Bank reserves the right to adjust the foreign currency conversion rate of points according to exchange rate changes. In line with the conditions for the collection of points, 1 point will be accumulated for each consumption of RMB 1 yuan. Among them, debit card holders only accumulate points when bank POS merchants conduct consumer transactions.

2. Points will not be accumulated for the following items:

(1) Including but not limited to merchant consumption in real estate, automobile sales, wholesale, hospitals, primary and higher schools, charitable and social services, non-profit undertakings and other industries, as well as financial and government payment transactions (such as insurance, fines, investment, bail money, tax payment, etc.), the above information will be adjusted according to the merchant types of relevant institutions such as UnionPay;

(2) If the goods or services purchased by credit card are returned for any reason, or the money is returned due to bill signing disputes or other reasons, China Industrial and Commercial Bank will deduct the corresponding points according to the amount of the returned money;

(3) Online consumption does not accumulate points;

(4) No accumulated points will be accumulated for credit card consumption through merchants of third-party payment platforms;

(5) If the consumption (including foreign currency consumption conversion) is less than 1 yuan's non-cumulative points;

(6) If the merchants fail to install and use the bank card acceptance equipment according to the regulations of China UnionPay, resulting in the calculation of points for transactions that should not be given points, the Bank has the right to deduct the points of the cardholders. If the acquiring bank or merchants do not correctly set the merchant category according to the regulations of China UnionPay, the Bank will not be responsible for the accumulation of points.
