Is it illegal to hold a credit card?
Legal analysis: the behavior of "raising cards" is illegal and may even constitute a crime.

Raising a card means that after the credit card is overdrawn and a certain handling fee is paid, the "cardholder" pays the overdraft fee first and uses the credit card to make false consumption on the self-provided POS machine. Under normal circumstances, the principle of keeping a card by card is to stagger the repayment dates of several credit cards. Before the repayment period, the first credit card is used for daily consumption, the second credit card is used for overdraft, and the debt of the first credit card should also be paid. By analogy, several credit cards are overdrawn in turn.

Keeping a card is illegal and may even constitute a crime. Cardholders who "support their cards with cards" are only confused about the cash flow at once, but ignore the cyclic interest and the penalty interest for late fees that may arise from it. As a result, customers who have become the bank's credit blacklist because of arrears have made cardholders lose more than they gain, and they are also facing the risk of credit crisis and are seriously suspected of fraud.

It is very undesirable to raise cards with cards. At present, a considerable number of cardholders can't make rational consumption, and because of the relaxation of bidding conditions, some cardholders don't even consider their repayment ability at all, just blindly handle cards when they see the immediate interests, which has buried many hidden dangers for the future.
