1. Open the China Merchants Bank Credit Card APP on your mobile phone and log in.

2. After logging in, click the "Security" option on the "My" page.

3. After entering the "Security Center", click the "Lightning Card Replacement" option.

4. All the credit cards bound to the account will appear. Find the credit card that needs to be replaced, and click the blue "Lightning Card Replenishment" option at the back.

5. Check the basic information of the credit card to be reissued, confirm and submit.
