Step 1: Apply online.
(a) the applicant in the municipal human resources and social security bureau website "Guangzhou migrant workers and non-urban household registration system" to register, fill in the application form online, self-assessment declaration, upload relevant application materials (scanned photos or clear-resolution pictures), respectively, to confirm the submission, as the basis for my formal application.
(2) After the applicant submits the application online, he/she will print the online application form by himself (which needs his/her good faith commitment and signature confirmation), go to the home acceptance window of the points system in the area where he/she is employed within the specified time, submit the original paper application materials and the original copy according to the regulations, which is consistent with the online application form, make a self-assessment declaration and upload relevant application materials. The acceptance window of the points system in each district will check the paper application materials with the online application materials. If the online application materials are inconsistent with the paper application materials, only the online application materials will be reviewed and accepted, and the paper application materials consistent with the online application materials will be used as the integral calculation voucher according to the regulations. In addition to the materials that can be postponed according to the regulations, those who fail to submit the paper application materials on time shall be regarded as giving up the application for the points system.
Applicants must abide by the rules of good faith when filling out the application form, filling in the self-evaluation and uploading the application materials online. Don't fill in false information or upload false materials online. Deliberately failing to fill in my information truthfully, falsely reporting my score or uploading false application materials will be punished as a violation of the rules of good faith and recorded in my good faith record. And in accordance with the provisions, cancel its qualification for this round of review and waiting, and permanently cancel its application qualification for ear entry; Those who cheat into the account, cancel the account and return to their original place.
False reporting of personal information, false self-assessment and uploading of false declaration materials include but are not limited to the following situations: false reporting, concealment, irrelevant declaration, uploading scanned copies and pictures of false declaration materials or uploading scanned copies and pictures of materials irrelevant to one's own declaration.
Step 2: Accept the paper application materials. The acceptance window of the points system in each district receives paper application materials and issues a receipt according to the regulations. If you only apply online and fail to submit paper application materials, it is deemed that you have not formally applied for the points system.
Step 3: Each district's point entry acceptance window receives the application materials and issues a receipt.
Step 4: Preliminary review the application. If the acceptance window of the points system in each district does not meet the application conditions in the first instance, the applicant shall be notified within seven working days after receiving the paper application materials. If the application conditions are not met within seven working days, the application shall be deemed to be accepted. The materials of those who meet the application conditions after preliminary examination shall be reported to the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau after issuing preliminary examination opinions. The District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau conducts a review and reports it to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review.
Step 5: Review and publish. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau organizes the examination and approval of the application, and ranks the applicants according to the points level and the annual points system household index (in the case of the same points, the household ranking is determined according to the length of time for handling social insurance). Initially determine the shortlisted scores, publicly review the scores to the applicant himself, and publish the list of household personnel and the list of alternate personnel on the websites of Guangzhou Municipal Government and Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 10 working days. During the publicity period, objection complaints are accepted.
Step 6: The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau publishes the list of household personnel on the portal website of Guangzhou Municipal Government and the website of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau according to the household ranking and the annual points system.
Step 7: The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau issues household cards.
Step 8: The applicant goes to the public security department to go through the relevant settlement procedures with the household card.
