My credit card repayment using WeChat failed. Why?
1. There is a problem with the credit card information. If you want to avoid failure to pay back your credit card via WeChat, you need to ensure that the card information you fill in is accurate, such as account name, bank account number, opening bank, etc.
2. The bank account status is abnormal. If your account is in arrears, reported lost, canceled, frozen, unsettled, or requires activation, WeChat credit card repayment will also fail.
3. This type of bank account is temporarily not supported. Not all banks can use WeChat to pay off credit cards, and many banks are not on the support list. Currently, only 21 banks including China Merchants Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, Bank of China, China CITIC Bank, China Everbright Bank, China Minsheng Bank, Ping An Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, Industrial Bank, China Construction Bank, and Industrial and Commercial Bank of China can repay credit cards through WeChat.
4. Exceeding the credit card repayment limit. WeChat also has restrictions on credit cards. The daily limit is 2,000 yuan and the monthly limit is 10,000 yuan. If the limit is exceeded, the repayment will naturally fail.
5. Credit card repayment arrival time. Different credit cards have different arrival times. Currently, only Industrial Bank, China CITIC Bank, Ping An Bank, Agricultural Bank of China, China Minsheng Bank, and China Everbright Bank support real-time arrival. If the credit card repayment is not timely because the arrival time is not grasped well, then Overdue interest will accrue.
