1. Log in to the bank’s official website and click Online Banking to log in;

2. Enter the correct user Log in with your name and password, click Account Details;

3. Select transaction details, enter the query time to see the corresponding transaction details, and then print.

1. Counter query: Bring your ID card and bank card to the bank counter to query and print;

2. ATM machine query: Insert the bank card into the ATM machine, enter the password, and click Query to query the balance and transaction details, and then print them;

3. Online banking query: Log in to the bank's official website and click Online Banking Login , fill in the correct card number and password, or log in to query and print.
