Customer service phone activation: You can activate the credit card by dialing the 24-hour self-service voice service of Ping An Bank's credit card customer service hotline: 95511-2, or you can activate the card by calling the customer service hotline: 40088-24-365. In areas where the 400 service has not been activated, please call: 021-68639999 to activate it.

95511-2 customer service hotline activation process:

(1) Dial Ping An Bank credit card customer service hotline: 95511, press "2" to switch to self-service voice service;

(2) Press "2" to select the "Card Activation and Password Management" function;

(3) Press "1" to select the "Card Activation" function;

(4 ) Enter the ID number according to the voice prompts and confirm.

2. Online activation

(1) Log in to the homepage of Ping An Bank Credit Card Center and select the "Credit Card Activation" function on the right;

(2) Enter Ping An On the bank credit card activation page, enter the relevant ID number.
