There are handling fees and interest for CMB credit card cash advance:

Handling fee: Domestic RMB cash advance handling fee is 1% of the amount of each cash withdrawal, with a minimum charge of 10 yuan per transaction RMB; the overseas cash advance fee is 3% of the amount of each cash withdrawal, and the minimum charge is 3 USD or 30 RMB per transaction (the minimum charge for American Express-Centurion Black Gold Card, American Express-Centurion Platinum Card USD 5 or RMB 30 per transaction). There is no inter-bank handling fee for cash advance.

Interest: Cash advance does not enjoy interest-free repayment. From the day of cash withdrawal to the date of settlement, interest will be charged at a daily interest rate of 5/10,000, and compound interest will be charged on a monthly basis.
